01 The Problem
Financial interfaces were visually inconsistent across Meridian's product suite. Different teams, different decisions, no single source of truth. In financial services, inconsistency is a trust deficit.
02 The System
FORGE introduced a token-based design system with semantic naming, full component documentation, accessibility standards built in, and a developer handoff layer that closes the Figma-to-code gap.
03 The Result
A single visual language across 48 components and 12 pattern categories, versioned like software, documented like a product, and built to survive a rebrand. One token change cascades to every surface. Zero find-and-replace nightmares.
